Trans Canada Trail
Canada's national trail is the longest (2700 kms) recreational trail in the world.  B.C. greets the trail as it steps through Elk Pass, high up in the Rockies and escorts it down to the Pacific Ocean and to Vancouver Island. In its northern half, B.C. ushers the trail in from Alberta’s Clear Hills and shows it the way to the Yukon. For more information contact the Trans Canada Trail website.

Hiking
The Similkameen Valley offers two mountain ranges and several hundred kilometers of hiking trails right out our back door...and our front door too. Information on hiking in British Columbia can be found at the Tourism BC website at www.hellobc.com

Fishing
We are close to several major lakes including Chain, Osprey, Kennedy, Otter , and Allison lakes, just to mention a few.  Princeton is located at the junction of the Tulameen and Similkameen Rivers and both rivers offer anglers unparalleled fishing opportunities.

Hedley - Mascot Mine
Hedley is home to the Snaza'ist Discovery Centre, hosts of the world famous historical Mascot Mine Tour. Perched on a cliff face overlooking the panoramic Similkameen Vally, experience what life was like as a hard rock gold miner. Explore the buildings and mine while taking a step back in time.
